This item came out as search result for "elastic hair band " - it is not. And you guessed it right -it is not. It is jut peace of material tape, which by looking at picture impossible to determine if it;s an elastic or not.

I made these for the whole "Rainbows" soccer team, using about 8 inches of this ribbon with 6 other colored ribbons of various widths, then attached to an elastic hair band. Super cute for the 4 and 5 year olds running around the field with ribbons streaming behind!
